Every artist has a sonic fingerprint. For Dj G-Spark, that identity was forged in late-night studio sessions working with vintage analog synthesizers — the Moog Sub 37, Prophet-6, and Roland drum machines.
Bridging Melody and Raw Energy
Electronic music often swings between two extremes: overly melodic pop EDM or stripped-down underground techno. My goal has always been to occupy the explosive sweet spot in between: cinematic, emotional harmonic chords underpinned by ferocious, driving basslines.
The title track of our latest EP, 'Feel The Spark', was born from a single arpeggio melody recorded at 4:00 AM after returning from a festival set. When we tested it live the next weekend in Amsterdam, the crowd's reaction confirmed that the frequency had found its mark.
